Life be life'ing sometimes.
You can be doing all the things you're supposed to do and still feel stuck. Podcasts, church, books, journaling. It's just not working.
You may be carrying grief, struggling in your relationships/friendships, constantly worried about everyone else, or feeling like you've lost touch with yourself sometwhere along the way.
Therapy is a space where you can put some of that weight down.
A space where you don't have to have it all together.
Together we'll talk honestly about what's working, what's not, and what keeps getting in the way.
We'll explore the experiences, relationships and messages that shaped the way you move through the world.
The way you love. The way you avoid confrontation by shutting down and scrolling on your phone. The way you carry anxiety and throw yourself into work. The way you learned to people please to keep yourself safe. We'll make sense of the patterns you keep finding yourself in, and create space for something different to grow.
Therapy isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering and returning to who you were before life taught you to shrink, perform, or disconnect from yourself.
We can talk about:
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Trauma and painful life experiences
- Family stress and family-of-origin concerns
- Sex and intimacy
- Church and experiences with faith
- Grief and loss
- Relationship challenges
- Boundaries and people-pleasing
- Self-esteem and identity
- Life transitions
- Burnout and emotional exhaustion
